There are so many, I don't want to just pick one "out of the book". We don't know if we need to file Bankruptcy yet, we want to know what our options are first, but we are very scared and confused. All of this is taking a terrible toll on my husband's health, he is only 46 and he has already had one heart attack. I just need to research some options to give us a little hope and "shed some light at the end of the tunnel". We are so afraid that we are going to have to pull our daughter out of college (she is entering her third year and she has so much potential for a brighter future than we've ever had). We both work hard and just need to know that this "financial mess" brought on my many mounting situations, and also a recent 30% pay cut in my husband's salary, and an involuntary reduction of hours for me at my job.
