		<description>Very true. Backup redundancy is very important. And if your backup is located in your office, it&#039;s critical to take a copy off-site at the end of the business day. I use both an on-site backup to an external hard drive as well as an online backup service such as those provided by Carbonite.com and Mozy.com.</description>

		<description>That picture reminds me of a SSD lawyer&#039;s office I had to help my accountant sister straighten out a few years ago.  It took four people 8 hours to find one file.  That&#039;s when they decided they needed help and an audit.  My sister is now part time office manager there.</description>
